Heavy heart
Weighing down
Into the soles of my shoes
It's okay
I understand
It's not always easy to float
In the land of the living
Recently
I've been trying out a new recipe
It only has one ingredient
Kindness
It grows quickly
Like yeast
Doubling time is only an hour and a half
So
I'll start by being kind to you
My heart
In the meantime
Stay as long as you need to
