Is optimism naive, for children, or for the child within?

Strategic optimism, maybe, to pull our cynical world back from the brink

I wear naivety purposely on my sleeve

I believe in the emancipatory power of sharing vulnerability

Radical honesty may cut like a knife

But it also blows new life into our tired, aching souls
